about me
Experienced Healthcare Professional with a special interest in Dermatology & Skin Health
After many years in the NHS, I set up my own clinic so our town and surrounding villages could still access essential services that sadly aren’t funded anymore. If you’re paying privately for something that used to be free, I want you to feel it’s genuinely worth it — safe, professional care from someone experienced, qualified, insured and DBS checked.
Now I’m firmly in my “middle-age era,” I’m right there with everyone navigating the joys of hormonal changes. With all the confusing advice and miracle claims out there, it’s no wonder people feel lost. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, understand what’s going on with your body, and point you toward ingredients and treatments that are actually backed by science.
Community, sustainability and simple, thoughtful living are important to me, so I choose brands that share those values — especially UK-based ones. My goal is to offer high-quality care close to home so you don’t have to travel miles for trustworthy treatment.
My Approach

My approach to ear and skin health is completely person-centred. I don’t rely on generic labels like “dry” or “oily.” I listen, find out what really bothers you, and use products tailored to those concerns. I’m also a big believer in multi-tasking products — life’s too busy for long routines, and most of us forget them anyway! If something can do three jobs at once or work overnight while you sleep, I’m all for it.
I also consider the simple things that matter: the scents and textures you actually enjoy. The “perfect” product is only perfect if you like using it. Nobody needs another big bottle of something that ends up forgotten because it feels greasy or smells strange.
I’m not here to push sales or upsell. I’m here to support, educate and empower — and to help improve the health and wellbeing of the community I care so much about.
about the Treatment Space
The treatment space opened in February 2026, following the transformation of a single open-plan office into three spacious clinic rooms and a welcoming reception area.
First impressions matter. I’ve worked hard to create a space that feels warm, calm and safe from the moment you arrive. Although I’m a nurse, I’ve also been the anxious patient — too nervous to speak up — and I know how sterile, impersonal clinics can make that feeling even worse.
That experience shaped how this clinic was designed. Alongside the environment itself, I’ve carefully chosen the people and treatments offered here so that every patient feels respected, listened to and genuinely cared for. I have a small retail area of ear & skin products, all of which have been carefully chosen based on evidence backed, proven active ingredients.
Whether you're here for 30 minutes or a few hours, our aim is simple: that you feel heard, supported and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Sometimes a small treatment can make a big difference to someone’s day — and when you walk out feeling good, that positivity spreads to those around you.
I truly believe I’ve chosen the right people to help me create that experience, and I hope you’ll feel the same. You can learn more about them below

Lucy wright
Experienced Beauty Therapist & Owner of:
lwrightbeauty
Lucy grew up in Aylsham, gaining the first of her beauty qualifications at Aylsham High, before moving on to continue her studies at City College.
When she finished in 2024 with her L2 & L3 qualifications, she had become a small business owner, found her first salon, and undertaken further nail and brow qualifications - an impressive resume for someone so young!
When she came to look at the room to rent, I knew straight away she was the right person to work in our space. She is passionate about her work, putting her clients first, and is kind & thoughtful alongside it. She shares the same community spirit that I do, loving the town we live in, and the people and places that surround us.
She has made her own space in Room 1 a truly beautiful sanctuary for her clients needs and her work really speaks for itself. Don't take my word for it though, pop across to her Instagram page to have a look for yourself...

Liz Jeffries-green
Experienced Healthcare Professional
& Owner of:
elizabeth foot care
Liz also lives locally and we first met back in 2015 when we studied together at City College. We had a beautiful graduation at Norwich Cathedral, and Liz first introduced me to the joys of a G&T. We've worked together now and then over the years as well, and I'm absolutely delighted to get the chance to work together again.
Liz has worked in the community nursing team for many years, but recently branched out, studied hard and qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner. Foot health is so important, and ties in so well not only with the services I provide, but in the experience we both hold having worked in community nursing and seeing many, many, many legs and feet.
Liz also shares the same person centred, community focused values that I wanted for the space, and I can't wait for her to start alongside Lucy and myself soon.
