Important Information Regarding Our Blood Testing Service

This clinic provides phlebotomy (blood sample collection) services solely on behalf of Goodbody Wellness Ltd and does not provide or sell blood testing services as an independent healthcare provider.

Goodbody Wellness Ltd is the provider responsible for the regulated activity of Diagnostic and Screening Procedures and delivers this service under its Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration.

Our role is strictly limited to collecting blood samples in accordance with Goodbody Wellness Ltd'sclinical policies, procedures and operating standards. We do not independently provide, manage or oversee the blood testing service.

Goodbody Wellness Ltd retains responsibility for all aspects of the regulated service, including:
- Patient registration and booking.
- Clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Clinical protocols, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provision of blood collection equipment and testing kits.
- Laboratory testing and analysis of all samples.
- Review and interpretation of results by appropriately qualified clinicians.
- Communication of results and any clinical advice or follow-up.
- Incident reporting, risk management, quality assurance and clinical oversight.

Our clinicians act under the direction and governance framework of Goodbody Wellness Ltd when undertaking phlebotomy services. We do not offer blood testing as part of our own healthcare services, nor do we enter into contracts with patients for blood testing.

Any blood test undertaken at this clinic is provided by Goodbody Wellness Ltd,with this clinic acting solely as an approved partner for blood sample collection.
