1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by North Norfolk Ear & Skin Care Ltd. By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
North Norfolk Ear & Skin Care Ltd. provides private healthcare services delivered by a qualified Healthcare Professional (HCP) including, but not limited to:

Microsuction & Irrigation earwax removal

Cryotherapy for benign skin lesions

Assessment & treatment of skin lesions

Bespoke treatments and support for those with skin conditions
-
Skin rejuvenation treatments and supply of cosmeceutical products
3. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided are not a substitute for GP or emergency care
-
If you have urgent or concerning symptoms, you should contact NHS 111 or emergency services
-
Assessments and treatments are based solely on the information provided by you and clinical findings at the time of your appointment
-
While all reasonable care is taken, no diagnosis is made or provided; services are delivered within the scope permitted by professional registration and insurance cover
-
If any concerns are identified, treatment may be declined and you will be advised to seek further assessment from your GP or an appropriate healthcare provider. With your consent, relevant information and images may be shared to support this referral
-
In relation to skin lesions, you acknowledge that the appearance of lesions can change over time (skin cycles approximately every 24–84 days). Any opinion or treatment is based only on the lesion as it appears at the time of assessment and the history you provide

You are responsible for monitoring any treated or untreated areas and seeking medical advice if there are changes, concerns, or persistence of symptoms
4. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance via the website or approved booking system

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information

Pre-appointment information, including questionnaires and important guidance, will be sent via email at the time of booking

These forms must be read and completed prior to your appointment
-
You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have completed and understood this information at your appointment
-
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
5. Fees & Payment

Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking
-
Payment is required at the time of booking (or immediately after treatment for follow up appointments)
-
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings
-
These Terms do not apply to the Clear Ears Care Plan subscription, which is subject to its own separate terms and conditions set out below
6. Cancellation Policy
-
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
-
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a standard appointment charge of £30, which will be deducted from any monies refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Missed appointments will be rescheduled once; any further missed appointments will be assumed no longer required and a £30 charge will be applied, with any remaining balance refunded
-
Arriving late will reduce your appointment time and may result in treatment not being completed. In such cases, you may need to book an additional appointment or be rebooked if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment
7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not typically provided once a service has been delivered

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will review your case individually
8. Patient Responsibility
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete health and personal information

Complete all requested questionnaires and forms prior to your appointment

Read and follow all pre-appointment guidance provided

Follow aftercare advice

Inform us of any changes in your condition
Please note:

Failure to follow pre-appointment guidance may affect the effectiveness or outcome of treatment, although it may not always prevent treatment from going ahead

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact treatment outcomes and suitability.
9. Limitation of Liability

All treatments carry some level of risk which will be explained in the information attached to your booking confirmation email and discussed prior to treatment

North Norfolk Ear & Skin Care Ltd. will not be liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice

Liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided
10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR

Information is used solely for the provision of healthcare services and will not be shared without consent unless required by law

A copy of our full Privacy Policy is available upon request
11. Images, Videos & Copyright

All images, videos, and media displayed on this website are the property of North Norfolk Ear & Skin Care and are protected by copyright laws

These materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission

Any patient images or videos are used only where explicit consent has been obtained

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, upon which the material will be removed where reasonably possible

Clear Ears Care Plan – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing a proactive approach to your ear health. This membership is designed to keep you comfortable, prevent build-up, and give you peace of mind all year round.
What’s Included
-
4 ear care appointments per year (approximately every 3 months)
-
Earwax assessment and removal where clinically appropriate
-
Ongoing professional support and advice
Membership Fee
-
£180 per year
-
Paid as £15 per month via Direct Debit
-
Payments continue monthly regardless of appointment use
Minimum Term
-
12-month minimum commitment
-
Reflects the discounted nature of the membership
Appointments
-
4 appointments to be used within your 12-month period
-
Unused appointments do not roll over
-
We recommend booking regularly to maintain comfort and prevent build-up
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
-
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
-
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be forfeited
Clinical Safety
-
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment
-
Treatment may be declined if not safe or appropriate
-
In these cases, advice or referral will always be provided
Your Membership Cancellation
-
You can cancel after the 12-month term with 30 days’ notice
-
If cancelled early, treatments used will be charged at the standard rate (£60 per visit), minus payments already made
Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel membership for clinical, safety, or operational reasons
-
A fair pro-rata refund will be provided where appropriate
Refunds
-
Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances
-
Unused appointments are not refundable
Cooling-Off Period
-
If you sign up online or remotely, you have a 14-day cooling-off period
-
If you use any appointments during this time, the cost of that treatment will be deducted from any refund
Direct Debit Payments
-
If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve this
-
Ongoing missed payments may result in suspension of your membership
Late Arrivals
-
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled
-
In some cases, this may count as a used visit
Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when needed

You will always be given reasonable notice
